LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - New Year’s resolutions can include fitness goals and healthier eating. One spot in Lincoln said they enjoy the New Year because business picks back up after the holidays. Whether you’re planning on hitting the gym more for your New Year plans or just eating healthier.
Clean Juice has a unique spin on getting healthier after the holidays. Clean Juice is located in south Lincoln. Angela Manzitto said January is one of the busiest months of the year. They offer salads, wraps, bowls, and smoothies, but are known for their organic juice bar.
They said juicing is important to eliminate toxins in the body.
“We have our highest level of cleanse sales without a doubt,” Angela Moran, Manzitto. “Cleansing is a great way for people to push reset, get back on track, cleanse the body that we indulged in over the holidays.”
“I do believe in cleansing your body,” said Tammie Carstensen “I was just reading about it. I think cleansing helps reduce the fats and crap out of your body. It makes you feel good. It tastes good.”
The juices have a short shelf life because all ingredients are cold pressed in house.
