Squeeze Juice Works is one of the most beloved businesses in the ‘Burg and it continues to find new ways to finesse and transition its practices during this pandemic. It’s the reason why Squeeze has been voted the best juice shop in the Best of the Bay Awards on multiple occasions.

With two permanent locations in the Sunshine City, owner Kelly Lessem has found new ways to keep this community healthy.

The latest addition is a juice cleanse subscription service. Choose from The Classic or Alkaline, both available as 1-day, 3-day, and 5-day programs.

Nutrient rich juice cleanse subscriptions 

The classic plan features five 16 oz bottles of nutrient rich fruit and vegetable juices for each day, tailored to your taste preferences and goals, plus one 16 oz bottle of nut mylk to consume over 3 days.

The alkaline plan features all green or low to no fruit juices. Subscribers enjoy five 16 oz bottles of organic, cold pressed juice each day, plus one 16 oz bottle of nut mylk to consume over 3 days.

The cold pressed juices are made fresh, and are bursting with immune boosting, energy enhancing, mood cleansing ingredients to set you on the right course for the week.

Juice isn’t the only thing on the menu at Squeeze.

Tasty toasties take over the Squeeze menu

The toasties are totally crave worthy, and the breakfast and/or lunch of champions. Try the “Honey, I’m Nuts” toast, made with Sweet and Simple Almond Butter, sprouted toast or GF bagel with sliced banana, housemade strawberry compote and sprinkle of bee pollen.

Choose from The Classic and The Alkaline Cleanse

Other varieties include the My Everything, made with tangy jalapeño, cilantro and lime guacamole. arugula, pumpkin seeds, pickled red onion, paper thin radish slices and a dusting of chili lime.

The Don’t Be A Pesto offers the comfort of a home cooked meal. Housemade Walnut Pesto featuring a kale, basil and parsley trio. Fermented vegan cashew cheese, sun-dried tomatoes and sunflower sprouts are then added. Chef’s kiss!

Squeeze even serves up super addicting banana bread that you’ll want to eat by the loaf. Carmelita bars from Love Food Central are also available — and they’re kind of perfect.

Summer ready smoothies on the menu

It’s the summer, so you’re probably craving smoothies every single time you step outside. Squeeze Juice Works has ample options to help you survive the weather.

The I Am Beautiful will make you feel exactly that. The smoothie is a blend of blueberry, ginger, lime, frozen banana, cordyceps, and tocos.

Breaking Fast is a protein packed smoothie that’s as indulgent as it is rewarding. Housemade nut milk, oats, cinnamon, clove, cardamon, dates, vanilla, banana, astragalus, and almond butter are blended together for a triumphant drink.

You can also of course build your own.

What some guests might not know is that Squeeze also has an assortment of natural wines. In more normal times there was nothing more relaxing than enjoying a glass of wine in Squeeze’s Grand Central District courtyard.

Curious coffee and tea menu at Squeeze

Squeeze is loaded with coffee and tea options, too. You’d do well to experience the Wake & Bake, a coffee drink featuring espresso, honey, CBD oil, vanilla and housemade mylk. The Thai Ice Coffee with espresso, sweetened condensed coconut mylk, cardamom, and anise is one of the most energizing and satisfying morning beverages you can get in St. Pete.

Plus, the juice shop serves up power salads, satiating soups, and is staffed by some of the greatest humans in the ‘Burg.
