Amakumo Fruit serves a single purpose in Genshin Impact. It's used as an Ascension Material for Raiden Shogun. If you've recruited Raiden via the Reign Of Serenity Event Wish, or are hoping to catch her the next time around, you'll need Amakumo Fruits in large quantities to help her reach her full potential.

Luckily, Amakumo Fruits grow in abundance around their namesake mountain on Seirai Island. If you're thorough, you can get all the fruits you need for Raiden's complete Ascension in just a few trips. This guide will help you get it done efficiently.

All Amakumo Fruit Locations

Amakumo Fruit primarily grows around Amakumo Mountain, the central island of Seirai. There are also a few patches to be found on the outlying islands, but if you're looking for quantity, your best bet is to head straight for the middle.

The easiest way to get as much Amakumo Fruit as possible on a single trip is to teleport to the summit then work your way down the mountain, going east or west as you prefer. Follow the base of the mountain all the way around to the south, collecting every Amakumo Fruit you encounter as you go.

When you reach the other side, climb back up to the summit using the opposite trail to the one you came down from. This path will allow you to collect several dozen Amakumo Fruit, and if you have time to spare, you can head to the outer islands to pick up the extras.

After you've collected all the Amakumo Fruit, just wait for the nodes to respawn and repeat the process until you have all you need. You'll need a grand total of 168 Amakumo Fruit to bring Raiden to her maximum Ascension Phase, so assuming you collect every single Amakumo Fruit on each trip, you'll need to do at minimum two full sweeps of the archipelago.

While you're gathering Amakumo Fruit, be sure to stop by Amakumo Peak and battle the Thunder Manifestation. This boss drops the Storm Beads which are also required to Ascend Raiden - just be sure you have at least 40 Original Resin when you fight the Thunder Manifestation, as you'll need it to open the Trounce Blossom and claim your loot.
