To make ginger tea, take fresh ginger juice and add it to a pot of boiling water for 15 minutes. For a strong brew, use a teaspoon of ginger for each cup of water. Remove it from the burner. Then, add 1-2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice and a couple of crushed mint leaves to the water. Let it steep for another 10 minutes, strain out the solid pieces, and pour it into an insulated glass cup or coffee mug to drink. If desired, sweeten the tea with a teaspoon of honey or sugar.
