Main Squeeze Juice Co.—the juice and smoothie bar franchise whose ownership group includes native Houstonian and current New Orleans Saints punter Thomas Morstead—is opening a brand new storefront and production facility in Cypress on February 19. This production facility will be the first of its kind for Main Squeeze and will be located at 16734 House & Hahl Rd.

The Cypress location will be owned and operated by Marc Miller and Jeff and Tabitha Drost. The team worked together to create and build the new production facility concept and include a traditional storefront on-site. To celebrate its grand opening, the new store will be offering promotions including $5 smoothies, juices, and bowls, and a free t-shirt with a purchase during the opening weekend. The Main Squeeze juice truck will also make a featured appearance at the grand opening.

“We were excited to work with the Main Squeeze team on this new concept and to see it come together and be completed is an incredible feeling,” says Drost. “As business partners, we are always looking at how we can streamline processes, and this production facility will help us better supply our locations and provide the freshest and highest-quality products possible to the local communities.”

The 1500 sq. ft. production facility will provide fresh cold-pressed juice options that will be readily available for all of Miller and Drosts’ current and future stores. The new location aims to facilitate an entirely in-house supply chain for all their locations to ensure freshness and consistency in product quality and taste.

“It was an incredible experience to work on this new idea that had never been done before at Main Squeeze and it is a huge milestone for everyone involved to see the production facility finished,” adds Miller. “We cannot wait to open our doors and show our customers and the Main Squeeze team how committed we are to making healthy easier for the Cypress community.”

In addition to their Main Squeeze locations in Webster and Pearland, which opened in November last year, Miller and Drost have also signed on to open five more traditional locations in the coming years. This opening is part of a big Texas move for Main Squeeze, which already has eight locations open in the Houston area and is continuing to expand across the state.

Main Squeeze’s mission is to make healthy easier, and the company’s nutritionist-designed, superfood-centric menu does exactly that. It’s gluten-free and vegan menu offers a daily source of plant-based nutrition packed with natural and quick energy. The concept’s proprietary recipes feature chef-inspired cold-pressed juices and superfood smoothies, along with one-, three- and five-day juice cleanse programs, shots, and acai bowls created from organic and wild-harvested acai berries from the Amazon rainforest in Northeast Brazil.
