They’re filled with nutritious fruit (think frozen raspberries, strawberries and blueberries), water, Natalie’s Natural Lemonade and a tiny amount of maple syrup and gelatin. Directions

  1. To make any of the fruit snacks, add the frozen fruit, water, natural lemonade & maple syrup to a high-speed blender, and blend to puree the mixture. Add the mixture to a medium-sized saucepan & sprinkle with the gelatin. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow the gelatin to bloom.

  2. Heat the mixture over medium heat & dissolve the gelatin while whisking it. Do not boil. Once the gelatin has fully dissolved & there are no remaining clumps, remove from heat.

  3. Put silicon molds on a baking tray. Fill the molds using a dropper. Once the molds are filled, place in the freezer for 15 minutes or in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Remove from molds, and store in the fridge for up to a week.
