Gorogoa: How to Get The Yellow Fruit | Screen Rant - Screen Rant

buahkamp.blogspot.com

In the indie puzzle game Gorogoa, players follow the story of a boy traveling across a crumbling world in search of five fruits as a massive monster looms ever-present in each stage. Players are tasked with manipulating beautifully drawn images within a two-by-two grid to help the boy progress on his journey. In order to solve the puzzles, players must not only slide the images from panel to panel, but must interact with each image as it is revealed, creating a deep, intricate puzzle with many layers in each frame. After collecting the red and blue fruits from the first two chapters, players will be faced with a much more complex puzzle in their search for the yellow fruit in Chapter 3.

Zoom out from the panel with the boy to reveal another boy with a cap studying at a table in a dark room. Click the thought bubble to trigger a small cutscene where the boy will flip through his book and think of the different pages. However, a loud crash outside will cause the house to rumble, smashing the lantern and making the room dark. Zoom into the lantern in the panel with the house. It has become nighttime in the panel with the two towers and stairs, so players can pan up to the sky and reveal a star shining brightly. Overlay the lantern panel with the star panel to put the star in the lantern and light it.

With the lantern lit, zoom out and examine the circular window on the wall. Continue to click through until reaching the room with the window and shelf, then zoom in on the lantern. In the panel with the boy, zoom into the box of pencils on the shelf to the left. Once both of these panels are set, players must arrange the items so the lantern panel is on the left and the pencils are on the right. This will combine the panels and create a scale, tipping several objects off the shelf as it moves.

How To Solve Chapter 3 Of Gorogoa

Tip the scales to get the yellow fruit in Chapter 3 of Gorogoa.

Zoom into both of the boxes on either side of the shelf in Gorogoa. Move each panel into another space to reveal the layers underneath, then zoom out from both. In the panel with the screw, zoom into the cotton on the ground. In the panel with the pencils, zoom into the rocks on the right. Layer both box panels back over the new contents and zoom out from both to tip the scale in the other direction. In the panel with the box of cotton, zoom out to reveal a star in the window. Layer the panel with the lantern over it to light the lantern, which will attract a moth.

After attracting the moth in Chapter 3 of Gorogoa, zoom into the moth’s wings and move the top layer to another panel to reveal the yellow fruit symbol beneath, then zoom the whole way back out to see a scene of the boy thinking of the statue from the starting area. In the panel with the fruit symbol, zoom out to reveal a statue holding a staff. Zoom into the scene the boy is thinking of to combine the panels and allow the boy with the bowl to walk off the screen, following the direction the statue is pointing.

In the panel with the statue holding the basket, players must zoom back out until they return to the boy studying. Pan over to follow the red-shirt boy into the other panel and zoom into the building in the back. Zoom back into the box of coal on the shelf of the studying boy’s room. This will cause a piece of coal to drop and break the pot beneath. Zoom into the box and move the panel with the building beneath it to align the matching yellow banners, causing the coal to fall into the scaffolding of the panel below. Before the coal reaches the bottom, switch the two panels and zoom out from the bottom one, then zoom back into the figures of the horse and the angel in the same panel. This will cause the coal to fall into the angel’s hands. Switch the panels again as the coal is still falling and zoom into the building’s window to enter the room. Zoom into the banners on the wall to cause the coal to fall on the glass jar, shattering it and releasing the moth inside.

In the panel with the horse, zoom out and pan back over to the studying boy. Zoom into his thought bubble to examine the horse constellation. Moving this panel will reveal more of the night sky in the other boxes, one of which contains a star that players can use to light the lantern by overlaying the lantern layer on top of it. With the lantern lit, players can zoom into the moth to reveal the yellow fruit symbol on its wings. Moving the panel will reveal the symbol beneath. Zoom out of this panel to reveal the statue of an angel holding the symbol. Zoom the entire way back out of Gorogoa's moth panel to return to the broken statue of the horse and pan to the right to set the panel back on the pointing statue. This will allow the boy with the bowl to continue into the next panel.

The blue fruit is the fourth fruit players must find in indie puzzle game Gorogoa.

Follow the boy by panning to the left and zoom out to enter another Gorogoa home, then zoom into the man reading at the desk. Move this panel up to reveal the layer beneath, which features a briefcase with a diagram and a clock tower in the background. In the other panel, zoom back into the room inside the building and select the contraption on the shelf in the top right corner of the screen. Zoom out from the studying man to reveal a globe with a small lightbulb and pan to the right to reach a fireplace. Zoom into the fire the whole way, then arrange the panels so the top of the contraption aligns with the bottom of the kettle, which will cause the dial to spin into the red.

Zoom into the clock tower and move the top layer to a new panel. Move the frame of the clock over the newly-turned dial. Zoom out from the clock face to reveal a desk, then zoom into the compass in the top right corner of the panel. Leave the fire and zoom into the star on top of the globe. The star on top is magnetized, which players can use to spin the compass. Arrange the panels so the magnet is in the lower right corner and the compass is in the top left to align the compass, pulling the needle into the correct alignment. Remove the clock frame from the contraption dial and overlay the dial’s needle over the compass to make the two look like the hands of a clock. Layer the clock frame overtop of the newly-arranged hands and zoom out to reveal a man studying a star with a telescope.

Zoom out from the globe’s star and select the small bulb on the globe that the moth is circling. Select the star in the other panel and lay the lantern on top to light it, allowing the moth to settle. Zoom into the moth to reveal the fruit symbol in its wing, then move the top layer to a new panel to reveal the next statue. Zoom the whole way back out from the moth’s wing, pan over to the window, and go back outside. Zoom out from the new statue, and in the other panel, pan back to the angel statue to the right to allow the boy with the bowl to progress, then follow the boy by panning to the left. Wait for the constellations in the sky to rotate until one of the stars aligns with a low-hanging branch, causing the yellow fruit to bloom. After the boy picks it and adds it to the bowl, he’ll head back over to the right side of the screen, drawing Chapter 3 to a close as he sets his sights on Chapter 4’s blue fruit next.
