A rough weekend for the KC soccer community as all three professional teams suffered losses this weekend, with Sporting KC II losing twice. Here are the stats and milestones from the four games this past week.

Sporting KC

Johnny Russell scored his 28th league goal for KC, tying him with Digital Takawira and Scott Sealy for 10th all time on that list.

It was Russell’s 28th in MLS competitions as well, tying him with Sealy for 11th all time on that list.

It was Russell’s 30th goal in all competitions, tying him with Sealy for 12th all time on that list.

Russell scored his 20th league goal at home for KC, tying him with Josh Wolff and Benny Feilhaber for 7th all time on that list.

It was Russell’s 20th goal in all competitions at home as well, tying him with Scott Sealy and Graham Zusi for 10th all time on that list.

At 34 years, 347 days Graham Zusi became the 10th oldest player to start a game for Sporting KC in league play and in all competitions moving past Bo Oshoniyi.

Sporting KC II

Christian Duke made his 89th league appearance for SKCII, breaking his tie with Felipe Hernandez for the most all time.

The game was Paulo Nagamura’s 100th league game in charge.

At 17 years, 137 days, Ozzie Cisneros tied Gianluca Busio as the 2nd youngest goal scorer in league play and all competitions for Sporting KC II.

Graham Smith made his 50th start in all competitions for SKCII, he’s the 8th player to reach that mark.

Smith’s 50th start tied him with Tyler Pasher for 7th all time on that list.

In the 4th minute, Smith passed Kharlton Belmar and moved into 7th place all time for minutes played in all competitions for SKCII, he finished the game with 4,564 minutes played.

Smith made his 51st appearance in league play, breaking his tie with Parker Maher for 6th all time on that list.

Smith made his 53rd appearance in all competitions, tying him with Colton Storm for 11th all time on that list.

Danny Barbir made his 27th start in league play, breaking his tie with Tyler Freeman and Mark Anthony Gonzalez for 19th all time on that list.

Jake Davis made his 34th league appearance, tying him with Ethan Vanacore-Decker for 18th all time on that list.

Davis made his 34th appearance in all competitions, tying him with Vanacore-Decker and Tyler Blackwood for 19th all time on that list.

Davis made his 26th league start for SKCII, tying him with Freeman and Gonzalez for 20th all time on that list.

Wilson Harris scored his 24th league goal for SKCII, tying him with Kharlton Belmar for the most all time.

In the 12th minute, Harris passed Parker Maher and moved into 10th all time for league minutes played for SKCII, he finished the game with 3,578 minutes played.

Harris made his 61st appearance in all competitions, tying him with Wan Kuzain for 4th all time on that list.

Harris made his 44th league start, tying him with Tyler Pasher for 8th all time on that list.

Kaveh Rad made his 38th league start for SKCII, tying him with Maher for 11th all time on that list.

At 29 years, 278 days, Roberto Puncec became the 9th oldest player to appear in or start a game for SKCII in both league play and in all competitions.

KC NWSL

Katelyn Rowland became the 4th goalkeeper to appear for KC NWSL this season. In FC Kansas City’s 5 seasons they had 4 different goalies play a game. And 2 of the 4 (Rowland and Nicole Barnhart) played for both teams.

Lo’eau LaBonta made her 39th league appearance for KC NWSL teams, tying her with Becca Moros for 15th all time on that list.

LaBonta made her 42nd appearance in all competitions, breaking her tie with Moros for 15th all time on that list.
